GABA, Galerias Abertas das Belas-Artes, is an annual open and public event at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon that features exhibitions, discussion forums, pop-up sales spaces and open studios for students across all levels of artistic education.
This event promotes students’ autonomy and self-curation, allowing them to present and sell their work without external selection. It encourages them to engage with the art market through exchange, collaboration, learning and experimentation.
My work is an experiment with letters, unconventional materials and graphic choices.
